nowaday, because of the amount of data that we share on the internet it s realy hard to find what you are looking for. to be abble to find what you want then recomandation algorithms exist. Their goal is to make it easier to find anything close of your own personal interest on the internet as if a sailor was recommanding you a product based on your description, need.

those algorithms even if they are realy usefull have a lot of flow. For exemple those based on personnal data like what we already click on may just redirect us on topics that are the same as those we have seen already. To avoid those bias some methods are used but mostly each algorithms as it s own flows. Wich is why when using it you should focus sometime on what would you want the algorithms not to do and what it can't recommand you even if you want it. So then you will be abble to adapt your historic to your true desire wich is better for every body.
